HOW TO GET A DISCOUNT!

We offer you three options for obtaining a discount, depending on your way of selling products:

• → making an advance payment;
• → making an advance payment;
• → discount on turnover.

1. Making an advance payment.

The most profitable way to get discounts and work in general. You deposit the amount necessary to obtain the desired price level, according to the "discount system" table. Making a deposit in our company will allow you to order ANY QUANTITY OF GOODS WITH THE MAXIMUM DISCOUNT. Your price level (discount) will be assigned to you until the deposit is exhausted. The term of the deposit is not limited.

We want to say right away that you do not risk your money, since it is possible to RECEIVE AN UNUSED DEPOSIT AT ANY TIME at your request. This system of work is more profitable for you, as it does not oblige you to place a large order at once, but allows you to receive only the necessary goods in the required quantity.

Also, with this form of work, it is convenient to use the dropshipping service. You already have the maximum discount, and simply can send your goods from our warehouse to your customer.

2. Redemption of products.

This method of operation is good for stationary stores.

The second way to get a discount is to place a large order. The "discount system" table shows which discount corresponds to the size of which order. Thus, when placing an order for products, you immediately see what level of discount you will have. In our "price list" order form, the "discount system" table is located at the top right, so that it can be seen when filling out the form. The table in the file works automatically and calculates the discount on its own depending on the size of the order, you only need to enter in the "order" field the quantity of products that you need.

The advantage of this method of work is received by stationary points of sale, since the GOODS YOU PURCHASED WILL ALWAYS BE IN YOUR WAREHOUSE OR STORE AND YOU CAN SELL IT FROM THE SHELVES IMMEDIATELY, AT THE DESIRE OF YOUR CLIENT. Unfortunately, this is the only plus, since you have to pay for a warehouse or store, as well as pay an employee. If you are not a stationary store, do not use this method.

If you use this method, then we offer a product exchange service, which means that you will be able to exchange purchased items, one for another. Some, for example, are “stuck”, then send them to us and take the ones you need in return.

• → service of return and exchange of products;
• → less time for orders - more for sales.

3. Discount on turnover.

The third option is to work at a discount from the turnover, ALLOWS TO WORK UNDER THE ORDER OF THE CLIENT. Here we would like to highlight as the main advantages that you do not need a warehouse or a store, you only need a client and his order. The disadvantage is that not always the turnover will allow you to get the maximum discount, which can significantly reduce income. The discount is updated and set depending on the amount of orders of the previous month according to the discount system (calculated according to the table below).

• → the discount is valid for any order (even from 1 unit).

Payment Methods:

1. Privat24. For those who have a PrivatBank account or card. With access to the Internet, you can quickly transfer any amount of money.

2. Terminal. Automated settlement systems will allow you to make a transfer, both with the help of cards and in cash. This is convenient for transferring small amounts (up to UAH 5,000).

3. Fillials of PrivatBank. In addition to the already proposed options, it will be possible to make a transfer through the cash desk (without limiting the amount) and through an ATM (if you have a PrivatBank card).

Attention! If you make a payment through any other bank, then a commission may be charged. It depends on your bank. We are ready to take into account all your wishes and open an account in another bank for permanent settlements. Please contact the sales assistant on this matter.

Delivery

How do we send orders by city

We ship orders every day. Delivery of small parcels is carried out by the delivery services Nova Poshta and Autolux. Large orders - from one pallet: Mist Express and New Mail. Pickup available from our warehouse.

Delivery is carried out at the expense of the recipient.

ATTENTION: Door-to-door delivery service will appear very soon (from our warehouse directly to your store).

Ordering goods and same-day dispatch rules

To have your order shipped today:

• 1. Send the order to us by e-mail info@empireofsport.com.ua before 14.00
• 2. Please pay for your order before 14.30.

Orders received and paid for after the specified time are shipped the next day!

Product exchange

If the product is in low demand and you see that it is selling slowly, we will gladly exchange the product previously purchased from us for another product available in stock! At the same time, you will not lose the benefit in price, because the exchange will be made according to the real value of the goods at the time of the exchange.

Attention: the exchange is available within one calendar year from the date of purchase of the goods!

Due to the fact that the Ukrainian market is subject to constant changes in the dollar exchange rate, we have introduced a flexible exchange system.

Example: you bought a shaker for 40 UAH at the rate of 8.9, which is equal to $4.5 at the beginning of 2014, and you want to exchange it at the end of 2014, when the rate = 20 UAH. Calculation of the real cost = 4.5 $ * 20 = 90 UAH for the exchange period, it is for this amount that you choose another product for yourself in the order form.

For this you will need:

• Step 1: send an invoice to info@empireofsport.com.ua indicating the nomenclature, quantity and expiration date of the goods that you would like to exchange;
• Step 2: get confirmation of the exchange;
• Step 3: send the goods to us.

Exchange conditions:

• 1) only goods purchased from us can be exchanged;
• 2) the shelf life of the goods expires not earlier than in 5 months;
• 3) the integrity of the packaging is not violated.

Attention! The exchange procedure (sending and receiving) is carried out at your expense!

Purchase returns

It is done in case of closing your business in the same steps as the exchange. When you return an item, you will receive 100% of the value of the item.

• 1) only goods purchased from us can be returned;
• 2) preservation of product integrity;
• 3) the expiration date of the goods expires not earlier than in 5 months.

Attention! The return procedure (sending) is carried out at your expense!
